Interested in finding out more about us? Let's Talk.

Phi Sigma Sigma highly values the importance of service. We support our official philanthropy as well as local causes that hold importance to our school and our sisters. Each member must complete a minimum of 10 service hours each semester as part of our minimum standards of sisterhood. Below are some of our regular philanthropic events.

Kicks for Kidneys

This soccer tournament has become a staple at the University of La Verne and also raises money for the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation. Anyone is encouraged to form a team and play. Check back for more information about our next Kicks for Kidneys!

Leadership through Service

More about the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation

The Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation is the official philanthropy of Phi Sigma Sigma. It is a leader among Greek foundations, partnering with Phi Sigma Sigma chapters internationally to raise the most funds from philanthropic-minded college students in the greater interfraternal community.

This foundation supports many worthy causes -- including the U.S. Transplant Games, the National Kidney Foundation and Kidney Foundation of Canada, scholarships and grants for high-achieving students, leadership training for promising young women and much more.

Rock & Jock

Our annual basketball tournament drew record numbers this spring and raised an admirable amount of money for the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation. Like Kicks for Kidneys, the event is open to everyone and is certain to be a great time!

Rock-a-Thon

Our Rock-a-Thon event is held every fall and raises money and awareness on behalf of the Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation. You'll find us in rocking chairs during this 24-hour event, but there is also great food, raffles and music for everyone to enjoy!
